Care Ride Solutions provides local and long-distance non-emergency medical transportation throughout Oklahoma County and prescheduled appointments beyond.
Founded by an experienced and dedicated caregiver, Eleanor Reddick, inspiration for Care Ride Solutions came from more than 25 years of residential care experience. Eleanore witnessed firsthand the growing transportation needs for area seniors and those with mobility issues.
In recognizing that, by 2035, 1 in 4 Oklahomans will be 65 years and older, it wasn’t difficult to determine the need for increased wheelchair transportation and supporting services for area seniors.
Unlike other services operating as a curb-to-curb service, Care Ride Solutions is committed to safely escorting patients and residents from their residence or facility to a clean, comfortable, and modern wheelchair accessible vehicle. On arrival at their appointment, trained staff will escort clients to check-in.
In transporting area seniors to and from various medical appointments, treatment centers, and hospitals, Care Ride Solutions has able to create strategic partnerships with area staff from hospitals, emergency rooms, nursing homes, retirement communities, and various agencies. Such relationships have afforded Care Ride Solutions the ability to further improve logistics and resource management to ensure exceptional and timely service for you, are patients, residents, and loved ones.

We are continuously striving to implement effective strategies for enhanced training, integrated technologies, and managerial support and communication. Because we provide local and long-distance transportation, effective planning and communication between dispatch and key facilities is paramount.
We continuously work on enhancing our scheduling and traffic management in an effort to reduce travel and wait times while increasing efficiency. We work to adapt and implement policies and procedures to support our mission, to analyze and advise on transportation issues, evaluate scheduling conflicts, negotiate and correspond with carriers, vendors, and strategic partners.
Dispatchers will receive extensive instruction on using our technological integration systems designed to support our growing scheduling and logistical demands. Dispatchers are responsible for the following:
- Customer intake
- Preparation of daily schedules and trip manifests
- Effective driver management and scheduling
- Trip management and oversight
- Coordination with facility personnel
